A baby cot and high chair are available on request. The bright living and dining area is on the upper floor, while the kitchen, bathroom with shower, and 3 bedrooms are on the lower level. The apartment is close to the city center and train station, located on the 3rd floor (no elevator). You have a duplex parking space in the underground garage; large or heavy vehicles cannot use it. Additional parking is available for an extra fee along the street in front of the building. Events are not permitted in the property. The train station and bus stop are just a 3-minute walk away, and the city center can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Please note: the apartment is next to the railway line—this offers excellent transport connections, but noise levels may disturb some guests.

Further parking spaces are available for a fee, e.g. along the street in front of the house. We provide bed linen and towels once per guest.
